DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD last trades a touch higher, at C$1.3461, with WTI trading
~$0.40 lower at writing. Bulls look to the Jan 4 high of C$1.3496, situated just
below the C$1.3500 handle. Meanwhile, the initial bearish target is provided by
the upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope and a break below would open up the cloud top,
located at C$1.3392.
- Canadian focus turns to domestic labour mkt data, due today, but the ongoing
SNC-Lavalin affair and Sino-Canadian relations will also be closely watched.
