KOREA: USDKRW trades back down at 1128.50 as the day's gains drop to just 0.15%,
while stocks remain unable to mount much of a recovery despite receiving a brief
pop from US-China trade headlines. Swaps are giving back some of their gains
with the 2year now up just 0.5bps
- In terms of news flow, Yonhap reports that Korean exports for the first 10
days of Dec were down 3.9% y/y due to falling ship exports. In addition, central
government debt rose to KRW3.1trn to KRW666.2trn won in October from September,
South Korea's finance ministry said in an emailed statement.
