OIL: WTI & Brent have stuck to a tight range in early dealing this week, as the
storm that hit the U.S. coast slowed further.
- The weekend also bought comments from Saudi & Russia, with the countries' oil
ministers affirming their commitment towards long-term cooperation among OPEC &
non-OPEC members ahead of a summit between OPEC & Russia in Algiers this coming
weekend. 
- Elsewhere Iran continued to push back against U.S. sanctions over the weekend.
- The latest weekly Baker Hughes rig count data showed that the number of active
U.S. oil rigs rose by 7.
