WTI & Brent have stuck to tight ranges..........>

OIL
OIL: WTI & Brent have stuck to tight ranges overnight, with both benchmarks
trading $0.30 or so above settlement at writing.
- This comes after crude struggled Monday, running out of steam after Friday's
move higher, on reports of Genscape pointing to a jump in U.S. crude inventories
& Cushing supplies.
- Also worth noting that Monday saw the head of the Russian Finance Ministry
note that Russian oil production hadn't peaked yet, even as the Russian Energy
minister noted that the country is fully complying with the OPEC+ agreement.
- Focus now moves to the weekly API crude estimate due after hours Tuesday.
