Yld Curves Extend Flatter, Bonds Outperforming

US TSY FUTURES

Tsy bonds have quietly rebounded off post-CPI data lows, still an inside range as levels remain off early session highs on heavy volume (TYM2 > 1.4M). As such, yield curves extend flattening amid renewed prospects of more than just three consecutive 50bps rate hikes after this morning's inflation spike. Latest curve lvls:

2Y10Y -8.41, 29.026 (L: 28.372 / H: 37.052)

2Y30Y -9.07, 41.592 (L: 39.426 / H: 50.412)

5Y30Y -5.771, 14.889 (L: 14.568 / H: 23.162)
