GBPUSD edged lower into the Tuesday close, undermining the recent range trade on the pair to keep prices close to key support at 1.1934, the Jun 14 low and bear trigger. Recent gains are likely corrective and the primary trend direction is down. A resumption of weakness would refocus attention on 1.1934. Clearance of this support would confirm a resumption of the downtrend and open 1.1795, a Fibonacci projection. Initial firm resistance to watch is at 1.2406, Jun 16 high.
