10Y Pulls Back from 2.90 Resistance, Remains Within June-August Range

  • Local rates open firmer this morning, showing a slight bull flattening bias at the start of the week.
  • Friday's session also ended on the front foot with the curve bull steepening – lead lower by the 3Y tenor (-6bp).
  • Hungary's 10Y yield has traded choppily since June within the 2.90-2.66 zone, but pulled back from 2.90 into the back end of last week.
  • Notable levels to the downside are seen at 2.80 & 2.75.
