10Y Yield Testing Its 38.2% Fibo Resistance

  • The surge in inflationary pressures over the course of the year has led to a significant rise in LT bond yields.
  • Hungary 10Y yield is up over 260bps since the start of the year and has been testing its 4.7% resistance in the past few weeks, which corresponds to the 38.2% Fibo retracement of the 1.47% - 10% range.
  • A break above that level would open the door for a move up to 5%.
  • On the downside, first support stands at 4.20%, followed by 4%.
