The Sep 11 lows and the $14 level continue to hold on a closing basis and upside
momentum has returned which has shifted the near-term outlook constructive. A
recovery of the Nov 1 lows, now acting as resistance at $14.235, would further
improve the outlook and open the Nov 2 high at $14.915. On the downside, a
break below $13.942 would allow bears to challenge the Dec 2015 lows at $13.640
ahead of a run at the $13 level.
