...But the second and probably more important reason for the developments we've
seen is the overall uncertainty. One has the sense that some how the lower
likelihood of a hard Brexit has improved the overall situation. On the other,
the medium-term uncertainty is still there, geopolitical uncertainty has
continued to affect markets.
So I would read the market developments in this way. I don't think the market
misread - actually the market showed that they understood perfectly well our
reaction function.
