  • WI currently running 1.520% / 1.515% compared to 1.155% on last month's $41B auction vs. 1.156% WI at the time.
  • Cantor Fitzgerald strategist Justin Lederer expects "demand aided by recent back-up (10s trading 8bp below their recent high yield of 1.627%, auction setting up to be underwritten at the highest yield since last February) along with short-covering as the 10 year has traded extremely special in repo (as rich as -4.25 last week, currently right below fail).
