BOJ: A BBG sources piece has noted that there is "no indications of any changes
to ETF target at the next BOJ meeting." The Bloomberg report suggests that the
BOJ wants to keep the ETF target in line with the real amount purchased i.e. it
is willing to adjust the target if realized buying has a substantial move up or
down.
