BUNDS: A fairly mixed start for the Bund, at least starting the session on the
front on the open. Today, sees nothing really of note on the data front for
Europe, besides couple of ECB speakers, Lane and Guindos. 
-Focus in early trading will be on the EU supplies, with Italy coming with a 3,
7 and 15yr tap, as well as Germany selling 1bn Euros of 1.25% 2048 Bonds. But
wouldn't expect much in terms of delta hedging, given the size.
**ALL EYES today, will be on Fed Powell at 14.00BST, and the never ending talks
of negative rates.
