their feet and periphery spreads narrowed as the equity bounce stalled.
- Italian BTPs have outperformed the rest of the periphery.
- Focus is already shifting to next week, when we get EU-UK negotiations June 15
and European Council meeting on June 19.
- Also ECB reported earlier that banks are making early repayment of EUR214bln
of TLTRO funds ahead of the June 18 TLTRO III tender. Largely expected.

* Sep Bund futures (RX) up 20 ticks at 175.44 (L: 174.9 / H: 175.45)
* Germany: The 2-Yr yield is down 1.6bps at -0.665%, 5-Yr is down 2.1bps at
-0.653%, 10-Yr is down 2.3bps at -0.437%, and 30-Yr is down 2bps at 0.043%.
* Sep BTP futures (IK) up 58 ticks at 141.7 (L: 140.6 / H: 141.75)
* Italy / German 10-Yr spread 4.4bps tighter at 186.9bps
* Sep OAT futures (OA) up 37 ticks at 166.36 (L: 165.65 / H: 166.39)
