US TSYS SUMMARY: A holiday-shortened week has started fairly quietly.
- Tsys a little weaker following weekend headlines suggesting some Chinese
movement on intellectual property protection and Global Times tweeting "Contrary
to negative media reports, China and the US are very close to the phase one
trade deal".
- The 2-Yr yield is up 1.1bps at 1.6382%, 5-Yr is up 1.8bps at 1.6424%, 10-Yr is
up 1.7bps at 1.7878%, and 30-Yr is up 1.7bps at 2.2378%.
- Dec 10-Yr futures (TY) down 4.5/32 at 129-10 (L: 129-09.5 / H: 129-15); plenty
of roll activity in the early going with TUs leading.
- Equities remain a little higher, E-minis up 0.2%. 
- Fed Chair Powell speaks at 1900ET (text expected, no Q&A, no livestream).
- Data is all about regional Fed readings: Chicago at 0830ET, Dallas at 1030ET.
