A Pretty Steady Start

AUSSIE BONDS

A particularly narrow start to trade this week, although there has been a modest tick lower in recent dealing, leaving YM -0.5 & XM -2.0. There was little in the way of notable local news flow observed over the weekend, with little to flag outside of the previously touted potential round of semi-government bond issuance from SAFA. The latest round of scheduled ACGB purchases from the RBA is due today, with nothing in the way of notable market reaction observed in the wake of the latest round of local PMI & CoreLogic house price data (as you would expect).
