US TSYS
US TSYS: A quiet re-open for the space.
- T-Notes went out just shy of session lows on Tuesday, with the belly leading
the way higher in yield terms, after tracking Bunds during the European morning.
Decent enough corporate supply also provided weight to the space.
- 10-Year yields have now retraced virtually all of their March FOMC meeting
inspired losses.
- White House economic advisor Kudlow reiterated that Trump still has faith in
Fed Governor nominee Herman Cain, but Kudlow did reveal that the White House is
still talking to other candidates (many doubt that Cain & Stephen Moore will
make it through the political vetting process).
- T-Notes last 122.28, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields closed at 2.590%.
