($1.3234) to fresh lows of $1.3212, the move seen as EURGBP squeezes above the
200-dma to Gbp0.8826. Near-term support seen at $1.3193/83 (Jun26 low, 61.8%
$1.3102-1.3315) as main focus turns to BoE Carney's speech about the Financial
Stability Report at 0930GMT.
