A Tight Start To Pre-CPI Dealing

US TSYS

Little in the way of meaningful macro headline flow and the proximity to Wednesday’s U.S. CPI print mean that cash Tsys sit within 1bp of Tuesday’s levels shortly after the re-open, with a modest richening bias observed. TYM2 has stuck to a narrow 0-05 range thus far, last dealing +0-02 at 118-27, comfortably within Tuesday’s range after pulling back from best levels during the NY afternoon.
