A Touch Cheaper Early On

US TSYS

Regional Asia-Pac participants are seemingly happy to sell into the recent rally during the early exchanges of the first U.S. cash Tsy trading session of the week for the region, with the curve bear steepening, as longer dated paper cheapens by ~1.5bp vs. Wednesday's closing levels. T-Notes unchanged at 123-17+, a touch shy of late NY highs, operating in a 0-03+ range. News flow remains light, outside of Boston Fed President Rosengren reiterating his and the central Fed view re: inflation and the need for more time to assess economic progress, via a BBG interview. Flow has been headlined by a 5.0K screen seller of TUM1.
