US TSYS SUMMARY: A very quiet early session for Treasuries 
-Most of the action was on the UK curve, with the British Pound falling over
1.3% following Boris Johnson guarantying Britain fully leaves the EU with or
without a trade deal by the end of 2020. 
-Gilt and German Government prices remained buoyed on FTQ flow. -US Treasuries
took their cue from their EU counterparts and are trading 7+ up on the day. 
-US long end curves have generally bull flattened, but all in very small move. 
-Looking ahead very little of note on the data front, no BIG market movers
anyway. Fed speakers sees Rosengren Speaking to Forecasters Club of New York
- 2y yields down -0.5bp today at 1.624% 
- 5y yields down -1.5bp today at 1.687% 
- 10y yields down -1.7bp today at 1.855% 
- 30y yields down -1.6bp today at 2.271% 
- 2s10s down -1.3bp today at 23.0bp 
- 10s30s up 0.1bp today at 41.6bp
