DOLLAR: According to analysts at Morgan Stanley the USD is likely to weaken
against EM as a result of robust and synchronised global growth. The reasoning
behind their comment is below:
"USD, given its status as the global reserve currency and the major funding
currency, is driven more by events abroad than at home. When global growth is
robust and synchronized, the prospect of USD strength is far more remote. Thus,
the stronger global growth becomes, the weaker USD becomes."
