Airbus Ends Talks on Potential Purchase of Atos’ BDS Business

  • Atos EUR bonds streaming lower across the curve, their EUR 25s taking the brunt of the action, streaming EUR 6.60 lower at EUR 23.90.
  • In late Feb, Atos also announced that talks with EPEI on the potential sale of Tech Foundations concluded with no deal.
  • Focus now turns to ongoing negotiations with lenders ahead of upcoming maturities (EUR 500mn convertible bond maturing in November this year).
