EGBS: All EGB yield spreads to Germany are tighter this morning with the notable
exception of Dutch paper. 
- The market is digesting the potential issuance from the Dutch-based telecoms
giant Altice making a bid for the American cable operator Charter. The FT
reports that the deal could be worth a mammoth $185bln.
- Issuance supporting such a deal could deflect demand away from other bond
markets, hence the very slight underperformance of Dutch paper today.
