Bund sees dip, some unwind, led by US treasuries, following the big falls yesterday and through May.

  • Volumes on this side of the Atlantic are still fairly light, while decent in US Treasuries as we gear up for the US PPI the main the data to look out for today.
  • Small immediate resistance moves down to 169.29 initially.
  • Curves are in turn leaning bull flatter.
  • No tier 1 data for Europe and all eyes as just mentioned will be on US PPI.
