DOLLAR
DOLLAR: Alongside the climb in GBP, the USD-index continues to shift lower,
lifting some pressure off the the major pairs and sending EUR/USD back to
roughly flat on the session. As a result, both USD/CHF and USD/CAD are touching,
or approaching, session lows. US equity futures reside in positive territory
(S&P futures higher by around 0.3% on last check). US treasury yields generally
higher, but the short-end is outperforming and, as such, the curve steeper.
