  • A Continued: RE inequality, burden of the pandemic has fallen heavily on those
    that work in low-paying service jobs, where you have the least financial
    wherewithal to bear it, and skewed heavily to minorities and women. We're
    trying to create an environment where those people have the best chance to
    go back to work to their old job or a new job, everything we do is directed at
    that. Inequality has been a growing issue for four decades. Underlying causes
    that are unrelated to monetary policy; it's globalization, educational
    attainment, technology, etc.
