- This gain (Trump won the district in 2016) could prove crucial as it creates a path for Biden to win the presidency even if he does not win Pennsylvania.
- All focus is on Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin.
- Arizona is seen as leaning towards Biden, potentially giving him an additional 11 EC votes. Should Biden win Michigan and Wisconsin he would have 270 EC votes, the threshold required for victory.
