US DATA PREVIEW: April ISM Preview from our Data Team:
- Market analysts expect the index to plummet to 36.1 which would be the lowest
level since December 2008. 
- Prices declined markedly in March and markets project another sharp decrease
in April to 28.9.
- Similar survey evidence is in line with market forecasts. Indices such as the
Chicago Business Barometer, Kansas Manufacturing index, Richmond manufacturing
index and the Empire state index showed significant declines in April.
- Prior: Fell 1 point to 49.1 in March, mainly due to a sharp decline in New
Orders. A big increase in supplier delivery times prevented a steeper decline. 
- Note wide range of analysts' estimates for April's reading (par for the course
these days), with low est of 30.0/high of 45.0.
