CANADA DATA: April railway loadings -10% YOY, though only biggest fall in 5y
(excluding a railway strike), suggesting less damage from Covid-19. This was
first month of decline reflecting Covid.
- Autos -91%, iron ore -20% and petroleum -34%, and lumber -25%, though canola
+18% and potash +12%. 
- "This gain in agricultural product loadings may be related to the fact that
agricultural and agri-food operations were deemed an essential service during
the pandemic," Statistics Canada said Friday
- Second StatsCan report showed air traffic record -74% YOY in April. 
- "Toronto/Lester B. Pearson International, with 5,541 movements (-85.2%). This
was the first time since September 1998 that Toronto/Lester B. Pearson
International was not the country's busiest airport." (Calgary was the top
airport this time, for the first time since 1971.)
