CHINA: Article in China's Global Times: "Beijing outbreak may be more infectious
than Wuhan one", citing a virologist at the Beijing CDC, makes the point that
the 79 cases were confirmed in four days made it "extremely contagious". And
additionally, that he is "inclined to define the local outbreak in Beijing
Xinfadi market as an imported outbreak", i.e. brought into China from Europe. 
- That may mean by people, OR via food: "there is a possibility that aquatic
products or beef, mutton and poultry were contaminated by patients during
processing abroad and brought into China through the cold chain."
- Separately, the WHO says that the latter is a "hypothesis" that needs to be
tested further.
