DOLLAR-YEN: As previously mentioned our sources point to interest from a German
buyer in USD/JPY, pushing the cross above Y113.00 to a high of Y113.08 in early
dealing, with bulls eying the Jan 09 high (Y113.18) ahead of the 200-WMA
(Y113.26). The cross last deals at Y113.00.
- This comes after a run of USD strength on Wednesday.
- The Japanese docket is relatively subdued during the remainder of the week,
with focus on Friday's domestic CPI release.
