AUSSIE BONDS: AU Bonds continue to operate in a heavy manner after futures
tracked U.S. Tsys lower on SYCOM, as markets brushed off the latest round of
U.S.-China trade tariffs on Tuesday.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year cash yield differential continues to trade around
59bp, with the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread last at ~-35.5bp, representing some
modest U.S. Tsy underperformance on the back of the latest sell off.
- Bills trade 1-4 ticks lower, in sympathy with Bonds.
- Svenska Handelsbanken are the latest to jump on the Kangaroo issuance
bandwagon, launching 5-Year A$ paper.
