AUD/EUR: Continues To Trim Junes Gains

AUD/EUR is now down ~3% from its June 15 high, the pair now sits below its 20-Day EMA (€0.6185) as bears re-establish the downtrend.

  • The pair fell ~0.2% on Monday and last prints at €0.6115/20.
  • Bears target the low from June 1 €0.6072, a break through here opens €0.5959 the cycle low.
  • To turn the tide bulls first look to break the 20-Day EMA.
  • The docket remains light until ECB's Lagarde speaks on Wednesday at a forum in Sintra.
