AUSSIE: AUD/USD slid Wednesday amid continued concern over the spreading
coronavirus, registering a new 11-year low. Case counts ticked higher across the
world with several countries declaring their first patients.
- The rate trades flat at $0.6545. Bears look for a deeper sell-off, eyeing the
lower 2.0% 10-DMA envelope at $0.6500 as the next support level. Bulls need to
retake the $0.6600 mark before targeting the former breakout level at $0.6660.
- Australia's Q4 capex print will be under the microscope today, with Jan
private sector credit data due for release on Friday.
