AUSSIE: AUD/USD trades -14 pips at $0.6103, consolidating after some pretty wild
moves seen in Monday's Asia-Pac session. Australia's ANZ Roy Morgan Weekly
Consumer Confidence fell to a decade low of 100.0 from the previous 100.4.
- Local media reported that Australian PM Morrison met with Treasurer Frydenberg
& FinMin Cormann to discuss another fiscal stimulus package ahead of today's
Cabinet meeting.
- Bears look for a drop below Monday's trough at $0.6079, a new multi-year low.
Below there opens the lower 3.0% Bollinger band at $0.5973. Bulls look to retake
the Mar 13 high of $0.6326 to gain some reprieve.
- Australian house price index & minutes from the RBA's March meeting are due
later today. Later in the week, the focus turns to Thursday's labour mkt report.
- Also on Thursday, the RBA will announce its further policy steps after
declaring readiness to buy gov't bonds. Gov Lowe will deliver a speech at 16:00
