AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures trade a touch lower than settlement after they
followed the impulse of Tsys on SYCOM, going out near worst levels. The initial
risk-off flows observed in the overnight session allowed XM to print a fresh all
time high before pulling back on matters that have been mentioned elsewhere.
- YM last deals 1.0 tick lower, with XM also 1.0 tick worse off. YM/XM trades at
47.5 ticks, with the cash equivalent at 43.9bp.
- Bills deal unchanged to 2 ticks lower through the reds.
- Offshore impulses will likely set the tone today, with an empty domestic
docket noted.
