AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bond futures traded at the whim of the global backdrop
during SYCOM hours, but the major bond contracts now operate off of worst
levels, largely tracking the impetus from the Tsy space, although with some lag
in outright terms, as exhibited by the volatility in the AU/U.S. 10-Year yield
spread in recent sessions.
- YMM0 -1.0, XMM0 -1.75.
- Bills hold lower after signs of funding stress continue to emerge across
several locales overnight. Contracts 5-7 ticks lower through the reds, 3-Month
Bill/OIS spread back towards recent highs.
- Quiet local docket to end the week, but expect broader market moves/risk
sentiment to drive activity, and anything but a limited session.
