AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds have operated in a tight range in the early part of
the SFE session, with 3-Year Bond futures trading at 97.805 (+0.5 tick), while
10-Year Bond futures trade at 97.245 (+1.5 ticks).
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield spread operates at 57.9bp (-1.2bp) while the
AU/US 10-Year spread is 0.6bp wider at -21.0bp.
- 3-Month BBSW fixed 1.5bp lower at 1.980% today, with the white & red Bill
contracts last trading unchanged to a tick higher, with the white contracts off
of highs.
- News flow has been light thus far, as traders await the release of Australia's
Federal Budget & the domestic retail sales data release.
