AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie Bonds have operated in an extremely tight range at start of
the SFE session, with 3-Year Bond futures trading at 97.95 (unch), while 10-Year
Bond futures trade at 97.215 (+0.5 tick).
- The space hasn't managed to re-test the SYCOM session highs which came on the
back of a slightly softer than expected suite of US CPI data.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year yield spread operates at 59.8bp (-0.8bp) while the
AU/US 10-Year spread is 0.8bp tighter at -19.9bp.
- 3-Month BBSW fixed 1.0bp lower at 1.930% today, with the white & red Bill
contracts last trading unchanged.
- Market participants await the auction of a 10-Year futures basket Bond in
around 20 minutes time.
