AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bonds slightly lower in thinned holiday trade amid a blank
data calendar. 
- In the short end Aussie bonds dropped alongside US tsys, there were some
curve-flattening flows and a soft/mixed $26B US 2Y note auction (2Y auction drew
1.922% rate, fairly soft 40% indirects (least since Dec 2016 32.74%,), near-avg
14.5% directs, leaving fairly large 45.5% for dealers; 2.52x bid/cover.
- Aussie curve flattens, 3-Year yield up 1.1bp at 2.175%, 10-Year yield flat at
2.71%. 3-/10-Year sprad 1.3bp tighter at 52.7bp.
