AUSSIE BONDS: Aussie bonds tracked UST's during SYCOM, the initial move lower
after China may slow/halt Tsy buying reversed heading into the close of US trade
as the offer evaporated after strong 10-Year auction. Futures open SFE slightly
lower and have added to declines in early trade, market looking ahead to
Australia November Retail Sales at 0030GMT/1130AEDT.
- There has been heavy AUD corporate issuance in 2018 so far which could also
weigh on sovereign bonds.
- Yields higher across the curve, seeing some twist steepening in early trade,
long end mostly flat but move higher in yields led by the belly of the curve.
3-/10-Year spread 2bp wider at 62.6bp.
