AUSSIE-YEN: AUD has shaken off yesterday's strength and is in retreat in early
Asia-Pac trade. AUD/JPY has shed 18 pips and last sits at Y69.16. Japan has just
reported labour market data for March, with unemployment rising to 2.5% from
2.4%, in line with expectations.
- Bears would be pleased by a dip below the 50-DMA at Y68.22, which would open
up Apr 21 low of Y67.29. A break here would put bears in control. Bulls look for
a move through a psychological barrier/61.8% retracement of the Dec 27 - Mar 19
sell-off, located at Y70.00/19 respectively.
