Back The Other Way

BUNDS

Bunds shrug off a brisk start to the week for EUR-denominated corporate supply and turn bid in recent trade, although we haven’t really seen an overt headline driver for the move and note that a fresh downtick in DAX futures after the cash equity open will be providing some support. The move has erased virtually all of the early cheapening, leaving the major cash benchmarks generally within -/+0.5bp of Friday’s closing levels, with a light twist flattening bias, while the major German FI futures contracts print a touch firmer on the day.
