FED: Bank of America research expects the Fed to come out with a modestly
hawkish statement from tomorrow's FOMC (no presser, or SEP projections), looking
for them to highlight "market measures of inflation compensation have moved
higher given the notable move higher in inflation breakevens." BoAML said the
Fed may also mention "fiscal stimulus could create upside risks to the real
economy. Since the rates market is already nearly convinced of the three hikes
for this year, there is not much room to reprice for this year."
