GERMANY: BBG and RTRS both reporting that Chancellor Merkel's cabinet has agreed
plans to increase new borrowing by EUR62.5bln to EUR218bln this year to fund
economic stimulus. The proposal will need to be approved by parliament.
- Little market reaction as these numbers had been previously reported, and was
expected to be approved by the cabinet.
