BCB's Serra Describes 'Most Critical Time' in Monetary Policy

  • Brazil's central bankers are now facing the "most critical time" in monetary policy, as the economy moves toward a post-pandemic time, but they remain committed to reach the inflation target of 3.75% for 2021 and 3.5% for 2022, economic policy director Bruno Serra said during a virtual event.
