BELGIUM T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW: Belgium's Debt Agency re-open Nov 8, 2018 T-bill
and Jan 10, 2019 T-bill for a combined amount of between E1.5-E1.9bln on
Tuesday. 
- RV: Bid-yield on the Nov 8, 2018 BTC is seen trading at -0.570%, according to
Tradeweb close to the middle of its 1-month range of between -0.541% and -0.606%
and is -23.4bp vs Eonia. As for Jan 10, 2019 BTC, the bid-yield is seen at
-0.588% according to Tradeweb, also close to the middle of its 1-month range of
between -0.528% and -0.597% and is -22.9bp vs Eonia.
- HISTORY: For comparison at the last 4-month T-bill auction on Jun 5 where the
Belgium Treasury allotted E755mln at average yield -0.577% and covered 2.52
times. While at the last 6-month T-bill auction was also on Jun 5, where E551mln
was allocated at an average yield of -0.570% and covered 3.1 times. 
- REDEMPTION: There is no Belgium T-bill redemption this week, therefore could
leave net cash flow positive to the tune of E1.9bln, which is seen weighing on
demand.
- TIMING: Results are due to be announced around 0935GMT.
