US TSYS/10Y: BMO's Aaron Kohli said the 10-year note auction "came with a 1.6bp
tail, which was softer than the consensus and our own expectation, but likely
due in no small part to the rally in the morning on the Korean headlines. Stats
were weaker than average, with indirects notably light in the auction (smallest
since Dec of 16)."
- Kohli said that "we're still more worried about the bond auction tomorrow, as
the curve looks very flat and 10s look cheap to the long-end. Overall we're more
agnostic on owning the long bond and expect it to lag a bit or build in a
healthier concession ahead of supply."
