CANADA: BOC Gov Poloz says it may be "a while from now" before balance sheet is
fully slimmed back down, citing commitment to buy federal govt bonds until
economic recovery is well in hand.
*Much of balance sheet expansion will naturally unwind, with much of those
transactions repos with terms of 1y or less.
*Rise in federal debt isn't critical problem amid pandemic, citing low
debt-to-GDP ratio, potential for govts to boost growth with structural reforms. 
*Has a few things in mind to do after leaving BOC on June 2 but can't discuss
them for now. *One surprise has been the market focus on single words, even in
less structured remarks like TV interviews. "I never would have dreamed that
individual words could mean so much to people."
